    When sweet fall apples are ready to harvest, use and preserve, I find myself wondering what to make. I love pie and apple crisp. So instead of choosing one or the other, I make both together.     Flaky and buttery crust prefect for almost any pie. Made with freshly milled soft white wheat berries, which adds many nutrients to a pie that may not have much else to offer.
